Digital / Integrated Account Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an integrated AM to work on some fantastic big name clients.  We need a well-rounded marketer, interested in brands as well as channels, to make a real difference to our clients’ business. In this agency, no two days are ever the same.  




key responsibilities

  • Manage a client portfolio which is likely to include: a telecoms giant, a cruise line, an energy company and possibly a restaurant group
  • Work with the wider agency team to deliver projects and campaigns that vary from brand proposition development to digital campaigns and website updates, multi-language brochure development to tactical activations
  • Drive the clients’ businesses forward by developing strong relationships with clients
  • Be a key part player in a smart and supportive account team to manage and grow the day-to-day accounts
  • Have a pivotal role in the ongoing development of the account in terms of understanding the issues and challenges facing the client’s business, extracting requirements and developing them into commercially-driven solutions with the support of the team


what we're looking for from you

  • A background of working in similar sized and style agencies
  • A genuine interest in marketing and a curiosity about the 'why' as well as the 'how' and the 'what'
  • A good understanding of web strategy and digital delivery with some experience of working with CMSs
  • A proven track record of successfully managing projects, delighting clients and growing revenues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in terms of managing both client and internal relationships
  • Understanding of search marketing, email marketing and eCRM, and social media
