Positive and Kentico have teamed up once again to create another customer success story by updating the website of the charity Turn2us. Turn2us is a national aid organization that helps people who desperately need access to welfare benefits, charitable grants and support services but do not have the financial resources to do so.
We accomplished this by fully integrating the site with a benefits calculator and grant search; two custom web applications that greatly improved the overall customer journey. The site keeps growing too with more than 4,000 pages of content to date that includes helpful guides that show complex information in a more manageable way and a more mobile friendly user experience.
Since the new site went live we’ve given ourselves a huge pat on the back as the feedback from Turn2us as well as from the general public has been incredibly encouraging. But don’t take our word for it… The statistics don’t lie either.
Since launching, we have helped increase page views by 140% as well as boosting the amount of visitors to the site by 61%.
